Information we collect.
When you request Grace access or join an Esther release list, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the page where you submitted the request, the date and time, and a record of the consent language shown to you.
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security events to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently use advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies on this site.
How we use information.
We use contact information to deliver the Grace access link, provide essential access or release updates, support your request, prevent abuse, maintain required consent records, and protect the site. We do not use a phone number collected here for promotional text messages.
Text and email communications.
By submitting an access form and checking the consent box, you ask us to send the Grace access link and essential access updates to the phone number and email address provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or email us. Reply HELP or contact us for support. Stopping texts may prevent delivery of a new app access link, but it does not affect access already received.
Marketing email, if sent, will identify the sender and include an unsubscribe method. We honor valid opt out requests.
Where information is processed.
We use service providers to operate the site and access list, including Bluehost for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, Google Forms and Google Sheets for the private access list, and email providers for essential notices. These providers process information under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Sharing and sales.
We share information only with service providers that help operate La Maison Grace, when you direct us to do so, or when law requires it. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
Retention and security.
Access list records are kept while needed to provide access and support, then deleted no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes. You may request earlier deletion.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted file access, limited Google Sheet permissions, encrypted web traffic, input validation, rate limiting, and reduced email exposure. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your contact information, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity before completing a request. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General if you believe a covered privacy request was not handled properly.
Adults only.
La Maison Grace is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes.
We may update this policy as the services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
