Information we collect.
When you join the Grace waitlist, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the page where you submitted the request, the date and time, and a record of the consent language shown to you.
When you subscribe to product updates, we collect your email address, the page where you subscribed, the date and time, and a record of the consent language shown to you. When you use Grace, we may collect your account information, profile and onboarding information, conversations, reflections, saved progress, feedback, usage information, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
You may choose to upload screenshots or other images for feedback or suggested responses. Those images may contain personal information visible in them.
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security events to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently use advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies on this site.
How we use information.
We use information to provide Grace, deliver the Grace access link, generate responses, remember information you ask Grace to remember, support your request, troubleshoot errors, improve Grace, prevent abuse, maintain required consent records, and protect the site. We do not use a phone number collected here for promotional text messages.
Text and email communications.
By submitting an access form and checking the consent box, you ask us to send the Grace access link and essential access updates to the phone number and email address provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or email us. Reply HELP or contact us for support. Stopping texts may prevent delivery of a new app access link, but it does not affect access already received.
If you subscribe to product updates, we send occasional email about new products and releases, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Marketing email, if sent, will identify the sender and include an unsubscribe method. We honor valid opt out requests.
Where information is processed.
We use service providers to operate La Maison Grace and Grace, including Bluehost for website hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, Clerk for account access, Convex for application data and backend services, OpenAI to generate Grace responses, Vercel for Grace web hosting, Google Forms and Google Sheets for the private access list, and email providers for essential notices. These providers process information under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Sharing and sales.
We share information only with service providers that help operate La Maison Grace, when you direct us to do so, or when law requires it. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
Retention and security.
Access list records are kept while needed to provide access and support, then deleted no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes. Grace account data and conversations are kept while your account is active. You may request earlier deletion.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted file access, limited permissions, encrypted web traffic, input validation, rate limiting, and reduced email exposure. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision by using the account deletion option in Grace or emailing amy@lamaisongrace.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity before completing a request. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General if you believe a covered privacy request was not handled properly.
Grace beta age.
The Grace beta is for testers age 16 and older. Testers under 18 must review the disclosure with a parent or legal guardian and receive permission before participating. Grace does not request access to your camera or microphone. If you choose to upload a screenshot or image, its contents may be processed by Grace and its service providers.
Changes.
We may update this policy as the services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
