Current services.
The website provides information about La Maison Grace, Esther, Grace, planned products, and early access. Prices and planned offers shown before the shop opens are informational and do not create a right to purchase or a promise of availability. Purchase, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented at checkout when sales open.
Access communications.
When you submit the access form and check the consent box, you request the Grace access link and essential access updates by text and email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts and HELP for help. We do not send promotional text messages from this access request.
Christian formation, not professional care.
La Maison Grace provides educational and Christian formation content. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, crisis response, legal advice, financial advice, or spiritual direction from clergy. Grace does not replace a licensed professional, emergency service, priest, pastor, or trusted person who knows your circumstances.

Acceptable use.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s contact information without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or use La Maison Grace intellectual property without permission.
Intellectual property.
The La Maison Grace name, Grace and Esther materials, site design, text, graphics, products, and related content belong to Maison Grace & Co. LLC or its licensors. Personal, noncommercial use of the public site is allowed. No other license is granted.
Availability and changes.
We may change, pause, test, or discontinue site features and early access at any time. We may refuse or revoke access for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation.
The site and early access information are provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Maison Grace & Co. LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law.
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
